About Tzuyu
Tzuyu was discovered by talent scouts at a performing arts workshop in Tainan in 2012 and moved to South Korea that November. She was the most popular contestant on Sixteen, which led J. Y. Park to expand the group so she could join. A flag she held on a Korean variety show in 2015 became an international political incident, and she has since become the most-followed Taiwanese celebrity on Instagram. Her debut EP Aboutzu came out in September 2024.
