Felix was scouted through Facebook in Australia and signed with JYP Entertainment at seventeen. Bang Chan personally picked him for the survival show after about a year of training; he was eliminated in the eighth episode and reinstated after a fan vote. He belongs to the group's dance trio with Lee Know and Hyunjin and is known for his unusually deep voice.
