Kiss of Life (키스오브라이프, often shortened to KIOF) is a four-member girl group from Seoul formed by S2 Entertainment. Julie, Natty, Belle and Haneul were revealed one by one in May 2023 and debuted on July 5, 2023 with the self-titled EP Kiss of Life and its lead single “Shhh”. The rollout was unusual for a rookie group: each member released her own solo track and music video (“Sugarcoat”, “Countdown”, “Kitty Cat”, “Play Love Games”) before the group song, a nod to the members’ different backgrounds — Julie and Natty had been trainees for years, Belle had worked as a songwriter and Natty had already debuted as a soloist.

The second EP Born to Be XX (November 2023) doubled up with the lead singles “Bad News” and “Nobody Knows”, and the group collected a string of rookie awards, including Rookie of the Year at the 21st Korean Music Awards and New Wave Star at the 33rd Seoul Music Awards. The single album Midas Touch (April 2024) was the first to pass 100,000 copies in Korea, but it was the July 2024 digital single “Sticky” that became the breakout hit: it peaked at No. 3 on the Circle Digital Chart and brought Kiss of Life its first music show trophies on The Show and Show Champion. The third EP Lose Yourself (October 2024, lead single “Get Loud”) was followed by the Kiss Road world tour through Korea, the United States and Canada.
2025 brought the EP 224 (lead single “Lips Hips Kiss”), the special single “Live, Love, Laugh” and a Japanese debut with the EP Tokyo Mission Start under Nippon Columbia. In 2026 the group returned with the single albums Who Is She — which earned its first M Countdown win — and Sweat.
