About Ryujin
Ryujin was cast by JYP Entertainment at a Got7 concert while in middle school and trained for four years, becoming known before debut through JTBC's Mix Nine, where she finished first among the female contestants. She studied musical theatre at Hanlim Multi Art School alongside Chaeryeong and debuted with Itzy in February 2019. Since late 2025 she has moved into film acting, taking lead roles in Night on Earth and Shaving.
