XLOV brings together Wumuti, Rui, Hyun and Haru, with members from China, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan. Introduced by 257 Entertainment in December 2024, the group debuted on January 7, 2025 with the single album I'mma Be. Its name joins X, representing the unknown and negation, with LOV, an unfinished form of love. The members describe their genderless creative concept through freedom of expression and performances that move beyond gender stereotypes.

The second single album I ONE arrived in June 2025 with 1&Only, followed that November by the first mini album UXLXVE. Wumuti contributed lyrics to Rizz, Biii:-P and Kiss and say goodbye, while the record moved between R&B, hyperpop, balladry and UK garage. Japanese performances and a European tour expanded the group's live activity beyond Korea. The fan community is called EVOL, reversing LOVE and echoing the Korean word for a blanket.
XLOV released the second mini album I,God on May 27, 2026, led by SERVE and featuring the Wumuti–Rui and Hyun–Haru unit tracks Extancy and HIPS. It reached number three on the Circle Album Chart. On August 11, an official notice confirmed that WM Entertainment and 257 Entertainment had been integrated into StrangeLab, the group's current agency. Later that month, XLOV received the Global Next Leadership award at the K-World Dream Awards.
