Tuide (튜이드, stylized TUIDE) is a seven-member girl group formed by ABD, a HYBE label dedicated to girl groups that was announced in May 2026 under executive producer Han Sung-soo, previously known for his work with Seventeen, After School, Iz*One and TWS. Nearly all seven members — Seohee, Seoyeon, Elena, Jia, Saki, Seah and Yi Hani — had trained together at Pledis Entertainment (several, including Seohee, Elena and Jia, had earlier stints at JYP, SM or other agencies) before being folded into the new label; fans nicknamed the pre-debut line-up “Pledis Girls” and later “ABD Girls.” The group's name, revealed alongside its logo and social accounts on July 20, 2026, comes from the phrase “Tune the Tide.” Ranging in age from 15 to 19 at debut and holding Korean, American, Japanese and British nationalities between them, the members debuted on August 24, 2026 with the EP Tune & Play, produced in full by the duo GroovyRoom and led by the single “Sun Kiss.”

Tuide describes its sound as “soultronic,” blending soulful R&B vocals with electronic, house and UK garage production. Ahead of the EP, the group performed the track “Grls” live at pre-debut showcases in Seoul on August 7, 2026, before its formal release as part of Tune & Play. The EP entered the Circle Album Chart at No. 5 and sold more than 131,000 copies in Korea in its first week, while also charting in Japan on the Oricon Albums Chart. The rollout included a month-long pop-up promotion at Shinsegae Square in Seoul's Myeong-dong district. Seoyeon's family ties made headlines around the debut: she is the younger sister of Twice's Jihyo and of actress Lee Haeum.
As of early September 2026, Tuide is only weeks into promoting Tune & Play. Members have told Korean press they hope to win a Rookie of the Year award; the group has not yet received any award nominations.
